1. Website procedures
This privacy policy applies to the websites nobelfacilities.be and nobel-wash.be, both operated by Nobel Facilities BV (hereinafter “the website owner”). It describes how the website owner uses and protects the data that the user transfers to the website owner when visiting these Websites. This policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
The user does not have to provide any personal information to use the Websites.
In principle, the Websites do not collect personal data. If a Website were to collect personal data, now or in the future, it will only collect personal data that is expressly and voluntarily provided by users. This information may include, but is not limited to, the first and last name, email address, telephone number, country, and profile of users. 11. Applicable law and competent court
The policy for the protection of your personal data is fully in conformity with all legal provisions in Belgium and the European Union, including:

- The Belgian Act of July 30, 2018, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
