Cookie Policy

Nobel Facilities BV, with its registered office at Vilvoordelaan 59, 1930 Zaventem, registered in the Leuven register of legal entities under number 0736810317 and known to the VAT administration under number BE0736810317 (hereinafter “the website owner”), uses cookies to improve the user experience (for example, remembering a language choice, etc.) and to collect web statistics about visitors to the websites nobelfacilities.be and nobel-wash.be (hereinafter collectively the “Websites”).

1. Website procedures

This privacy policy applies to the websites nobelfacilities.be and nobel-wash.be, both operated by Nobel Facilities BV (hereinafter “the website owner”). It describes how the website owner uses and protects the data that the user transfers to the website owner when visiting these Websites. This policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

The user does not have to provide any personal information to use the Websites.

In principle, the Websites do not collect personal data. If a Website were to collect personal data, now or in the future, it will only collect personal data that is expressly and voluntarily provided by users. This information may include, but is not limited to, the first and last name, email address, telephone number, country, and profile of users. In principle, the website owner does not ask users for sensitive information (such as data regarding race, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation). 7. Why do we register your personal data?

11. Applicable law and competent court

The policy for the protection of your personal data is fully in conformity with all legal provisions in Belgium and the European Union, including:
